$1,300 In Credit Card Fraud Tops Lower Makefield Twp. Crimes

Lower Makefield Township Police also reported bank account fraud on police records this week.

LOWER MAKEFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA — Fraud totaling nearly $1,300 for unauthorized use of multiple resident credit cards, police say.

The Lower Makefield Township Police Department released police records Thursday regarding the recent criminal incident.

This is the incident:

Credit card fraud —Beechwood Lane block unit, reported at 4:19 PM on March 15. The complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card for $205.87.

Criminal Crimes —Pevsner Road block unit, reported at 11:39 am on March 14. Complainants reported an unknown person cutting their barn lock. No one has been reported missing at this time.

Credit card fraud —1400 block of Oxford Valley Road, reported at 6:30 pm on 14 March. The complainant reported the unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $500.

Hoax —1000 block of Lafayette Drive, reported at 4:08 PM on March 13. The complainant reported an unknown person changing the address on their bank account.

Credit card fraud —1400 block of Lynbrooke Drive, reported at 1:55 pm on March 12. The complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card of $623.47.
