ANNOUNCEMENT
Pursuant to the provisions of the Act and Regulations of the Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD will meet on Friday, 7 April 2023 at 10.30 to examine and approve, among alia, the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements Group and the Company for the Financial Year ending on December 31 2022 and determine the date of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. At the same meeting, the Board of Directors will also review whether to pay dividends to the Company’s shareholders.
