INVITATION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED that the 82nd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc (Company) which was originally scheduled for February 21
2023 at 11.00 has now been rescheduled to be held as follows:
DATE: Monday, February 27, 2023.
PLACE: virtual.
This meeting will consider the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended 31 December 2022 among others.
In connection with the foregoing, the Closed Period which began on January 1, 2023, as previously announced will continue until twenty four (24) hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the Year ending December 31, 2022 are announced to the public.
During this period, all persons deemed to be “insiders” of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations of Nigerian Exchange Ltd (Exchange), are restricted from trading or trading Company shares.
