Walmart Sues Capital One to End Its Credit-Card Partnership

Walmart Inc. asked federal court to allow him to end his credit card partnership with Capital One Financial Corp., said the bank had failed to meet important standards for customer service.

Walmart and Capital One signed a contract in 2018 that makes the bank the sole issuer of private label and retailer co-branded credit cards.
